How to Delete Your Ballast Account

Account Deletion Process

Ballast makes it easy to permanently delete your account and all associated data when you no longer wish to use our service.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Ballast app on your device
2. Navigate to the "Settings" screen by tapping on the gear icon in the tab bar
3. Scroll down to find the "Account" section
4. Tap on "Delete My Account"
5. Review the information about account deletion
6. Tap "Delete Account" to confirm

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your Ballast account, all of your data will be permanently removed from our servers, including:

• Account information (email, name)
• Device identifiers
• Usage statistics

Note: Data stored locally on your device may remain until you uninstall the Ballast app.

Data Deletion Timeframe

Your account and all associated data will be deleted from our active systems immediately upon your request. Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before being permanently removed, in accordance with our data retention policies.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you're unable to access your account to delete it through the app, please contact our support team at moc.tsallab-teg@troppus for assistance.

Additional Information

Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Ballast again.
